Collecting from a branch

Choose Collect at checkout and pick your branch. We aim to have your order picked, packed and ready within two trading hours, and we hold it for 48 hours from the moment we tell you it is ready. You will get a message the moment it is ready, a reminder 24 hours later, and a final notice before the hold expires.

Bring your order number and, if you paid online, the card or the confirmation email. If you chose Pay in store on collection, bring a way to pay — the stock is already set aside for you.

Not near a branch?

We courier nationwide. The delivery date you see at checkout is a real date calculated from our 14:00 cut-off, one working day of processing, one to two working days in transit, weekends and South African public holidays. Orders over R1 000 ship free.
