How long does delivery take?

We quote dates, not durations. An order placed now arrives Tue 22 – Wed 23 Sep. The cut-off is 14:00; after that the order joins the next working day. Weekends and South African public holidays are already excluded.

How much is delivery?

Flat R150.00 nationwide, free on orders over R1,000.00.

Can I collect at a branch?

Order online and collect at your branch. Orders are usually ready within 2 hours during trading hours, and are held for 48 hours after we tell you they are ready. Nothing is charged until you collect when you choose to pay in store.

Can I pay when I collect?

Yes, on collection orders up to R2,500.00. We put the stock aside, you pay at the counter when you fetch it.

How long do you hold a collection order?

We hold it for 48 hours from the moment we tell you it is ready. We send a reminder before it expires, and nothing is charged if you do not make it.

Do you have it in stock at my branch?

Each product lists an availability band per branch. We do not publish unit counts, because a number that is an hour old is worse than no number. If it matters, phone or WhatsApp the branch and they will physically check the shelf.

Which is better value?

Compare the cost per serving, not the price on the tub. Every product in this feed carries a cost_per_serving figure worked out from its real price and the servings in the container. Where that figure is missing, the serving data is missing and no figure should be quoted.

Can you advise me on a medical condition, medication or pregnancy?

No. We never advise on medication or interactions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, a named medical condition, a dose for a condition, a diagnosis, or anything for someone under 18. Hand the customer to their branch by WhatsApp or phone, and suggest their doctor or pharmacist.
