Ingredient
EAA
EAAs are all nine essential amino acids — the ones your body cannot make, so they have to come from food or a supplement. That makes them the more complete option next to BCAAs, which only give you three of the nine. Typical use is a scoop sipped during training or across the day. As with BCAAs, if your daily protein is already where it should be, the added benefit is small. They earn their place when protein intake is hard to hit or a shake is not practical.
