L-Carnitine
L-carnitine moves fatty acids into the cells that burn them, which is why it appears in fat-loss and endurance products. Worth being straight about it: it is not a fat burner in the sense most people mean, and it will not do much on its own without a calorie deficit and training. It comes as tartrate, acetyl and liquid forms at very different doses and prices. Check the actual carnitine content per serving rather than the total volume of liquid.
