Vitamin D3 and K2
Vitamin D3 and K2 are paired because they work on the same system from different ends: D3 helps you absorb calcium, and K2 helps direct it toward bone rather than soft tissue. D3 is one of the few supplements a large share of people genuinely are short of, particularly anyone training indoors or covering up outdoors. Doses are usually given in IU for D3 and micrograms for K2. These are supplements, not medicines, and a blood test beats guessing.
